GUARANTEES AND RETURNS
The warranty period is one year and covers only verifiable structural defects. It does not cover defects caused by improper use, such as excessive force, careless handling, impacts, rust, material wear, or deterioration of the product's appearance. The warranty period begins from the date of delivery.
The warranty does not cover the following situations: after one year from the date of purchase of the product, use of the product in a manner different from that recommended, inadequate maintenance, damage by third parties, acts of nature.
For any type of return of a product that does not have quality issues, the return period is 8 calendar days from the date of receipt. The customer must send the product to our point of sale at Calle 79b No. 7-97, 2nd Floor. Shipping costs will not be covered if required.
